Velvet Villas

Velvet is a small development of just 12 villas that allows you to choose your villa type and size. All have 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens, utility rooms plus private pool and gardens all south facing.

The villas are in the traditional spanish village of cancelada which is halfway between marbella and estepona, walking distance to the local shops, bars and restaurants and a few minutes to the local beaches.

You are also only 10 minutes’ drive to puerto banús and marbella. Los flamingos golf courses are just a few minutes’ drive away for the keen golfer plus several other courses all within a 15 minute drive.
